Community Companions is a Tandridge based befriending scheme offering social connection, companionship and conversational support to older people living in circumstances that cause isolation, which could be due to lack of mobility or rural location.

Supporting Connection
Tandridge Community Companions is a confidential, non-judgemental, and flexible service usually aimed at offering conversation and connection opportunities.
The scheme is for:
those over 65 years
those who have limited or no support
those who have a limited or no social networks
Volunteer-Driven Support Network
This valued scheme relies on committed volunteers. Referrals to Tandridge Community Companions are from a number of sources, including health and social services, local voluntary sector organisations, friends, family and individuals who are seeking support.
