Introducing the new face of Voluntary Action in East Surrey
Spring 2025 will see the launch of VASE – the new face of Voluntary Action in East Surrey
VASE will be formed from the merger between Tandridge Voluntary Action (TVA) and Voluntary Action Reigate and Banstead (VARB). It will combine the strengths of both organisations, expanding our reach and increasing our impact. Together, we will offer improved support and enhanced services to volunteers, residents and the voluntary sector, community, faith organisations and social enterprises.
We will continue to work strategically with the local public sector, and we look forward to developing the way voluntary organisations are supported in East Surrey.
What’s next?
As we move toward the merger, TVA and VARB will continue in their areas—TVA in Tandridge and VARB in Reigate and Banstead. However, TVA has rebranded to VASE as the first step in this process.
In the coming months, we’ll start to collaborate more closely, but for now, please contact info@varb.org.uk for Reigate and Banstead or info@vase.org.uk for Tandridge. We’ll keep you updated as we approach the final merger and launch.
Become a VASE trustee
As we merge the boards of VARB and VASE we will be recruiting more trustees to join us and take forward the vision of East Surrey’s new regional Voluntary Action.
